Workout Facility

State-of-the-Art Sports Performance Facility

Our 10,000 sq ft sports performance facility in Minnetonka is built for speed, strength, and results. The space includes 5,000 sq ft of turf with full 40-yard sprint lanes for acceleration and top-speed training, plus a 5,000 sq ft weight room equipped with 10 squat racks, a full dumbbell area, and cardio equipment—everything athletes need to train at the highest level.

The FAST Method is a performance-based training system designed for athletes in all sports, from youth to elite levels. Unlike traditional strength programs that focus only on weight lifted, the FAST Method prioritizes game speed—how fast an athlete can produce force, change direction, and perform under real competition demands.

Our training integrates strength, speed, and movement so athletes don’t just get stronger—they get faster where it matters most. Every session is built around movements and intensities that reflect actual game speed, helping athletes accelerate quicker, move more efficiently, and stay resilient throughout the season.

 

By blending speed exposure, explosive strength work, and sport-specific movement patterns, the FAST Method develops athletes who can apply strength at high velocity, transfer it directly to the field, rink, or court, and perform when the game is at its fastest.
