Even one well-planned session per week can help your athlete maintain the progress they worked hard to build and stay strong through the season rather than losing it all.
We’ll help you choose based on your athlete’s age, experience, goals, and hockey schedule. Strength & Speed builds overall strength and explosiveness, Speed Training focuses on acceleration and movement, and APX provides a full-year plan for serious, college-minded athletes.
